How to read your scores

Each score is a gentle summary, not a verdict. A low focus score on one day is not a failing, it is information. Look across several days and ask what your good days had in common.

Try not to chase perfect numbers. A day can be productive and still stressful, and you can have low energy with a good mood. Read the five together, like a weather report for your day.

Getting an honest read

The check-in is only as useful as the honesty you bring to it. Answer for the day you actually had, not the one you meant to have.

Consistency beats detail. A quick honest check-in every day tells you far more than a thorough one once a week, because the value lives in the pattern, not any single number.

Common questions

Which questions are required?

Just three: sleep, mood and stress. They give enough to read all five scores. Everything else is optional and only sharpens the picture.

Do these scores diagnose anything?

No. They are a structured way to reflect on your day. If anything here worries you, that is a signal to talk to a professional, not to lean harder on an app.

Where do my check-ins go?

They are saved only in your own browser, so you can build up a history and see your trend. Nothing is sold, and clearing your browser data removes them.

How is my history saved?

One entry per day. If you check in again on the same day, it simply updates that day. Each new day becomes its own entry, and every day stays in your history until you choose to remove it.

A gentle note: UpsHours is a self-reflection tool, not a medical or psychological service. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a doctor, therapist, or a local support line.
